Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment
• A strong portfolio which illustrates conceptual thinking and high fidelity execution
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding in designing for mobile digital advertising platforms
• Mentoring and coaching
• Rigorous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic campaigns, bringing the desired vision to life through style guides, in-situ design iterations, decks, mockups, and final deliverables
• Take high-level direction, client direction, and produce engaging creative
• Raise the creative bar with each iteration, analyzing the work with data wherever possible
• Deliver work from briefs, multiple conceptual directions, campaign assets, and retrospectives on project work
• Present to and collaborate with Client Stakeholders to drive campaigns
• Adopt mechanisms, and make decisions that improve the approach to campaigns
• Lead, inspire, and develop teams to broaden their awareness with campaign opportunities
• Lead performance marketing and growth marketing

BA/BS Design or related field

• The rate for this role is based on experience
• Hours are variable but anticipating 25-30/week with potential for full time
