Summary

Join True North Agency as an Art Director and contribute to the development of high-performing performance marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. Collaborate with a talented team to create compelling marketing materials. This 100% remote position (U.S. only) allows you to shape the visual identity of clients and brands. Responsibilities include campaign development, setting artistic vision, presenting concepts to clients, and creating high-quality design assets. You will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Agency experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design team
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experience in healthcare marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in designing in Figma and knowledge of designing for UX/UI best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for design and a desire to create impactful work

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to campaign development, including ideation, mood boards, storyboarding, and digital toolkits
  • Collaborate with digital teams to conceptualize and develop concepts for integrated campaigns, digital activations, and social videos
  • Set the artistic vision and guide the development of visual content and brand assets
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution, and design presentations that maintain a strategic thread from concept to execution
  • Present campaign concepts to clients in a compelling and thoughtful manner
  • Create high-quality design assets, including website layouts, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and print materials
  • Ensure each brand's visual identity is consistent, appealing, and aligned with the brand's values and objectives
  • Evolve brand identify through incorporating UX design principles and best-in class design
  • Work closely wit copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop integrated marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all design assets meet quality standards
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve
