Requirements

• Master’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• [preferred] Over 3 years of industry experience in the quantitative trading, quantitative research, or finance sector in a data-oriented role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the respective industry's operations and challenges
• 2 years of assessment writing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for applying data-driven approaches to real-world problems
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Proficiency in one (or both) of the following domains: Mathematics, Statistical Processes, Statistical Modeling, Classical Probability, Permutations and Combinations, Brain Teasers, Number Theory, Linear Algebra, Data Science, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Information Processing, Logical Reasoning, Data Engineering

Responsibilities

• Create assessment questions encompassing various question types and difficulty levels that are reflective of the given Mathematical and Statistical concepts and their practical applications in professional financial and trading settings
• Ensure all your questions are: Accurate, Clear, Open to Multiple Solutions, Appropriately Challenging, Job-Relevant, Grammatically Correct, Balanced in Answer Choices, Conceptually Focused, Clear in Assumptions, Defined, Inclusive
• Iteratively refine assessments based on constructive feedback, ensuring a continuous improvement cycle and maintaining a high standard of quality and relevance
• Uphold exceptional communication throughout the duration of the project, providing regular updates on your work
