Summary

Join AtkinsRéalis as an Asset Manager – FM in KSA and contribute to the Green Riyadh project. Manage and maintain ‘green’ assets, aligning with the project's investment preferences and goals. Responsibilities include asset management, data collection, condition reporting, and policy development. Lead in enhancing service offerings and deploying digital solutions. Develop progress reports and perform analyses, presenting findings to senior levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset management, particularly with ‘green’ assets, and familiarity with ISO 55001. A BSc with 15+ years’ experience or an MSc with 10+ years’ experience is required.

Requirements

  • The Asset Manager shall demonstrate their experience of making informed decisions around assets that consider cost, risk, and service with particular emphasis on ‘green’ assets
  • We are looking for tangible experience of continuous improvement in operating and maintenance activities of the asset management process, demonstrating practices that can significantly impact asset lifecycle costs, management of risk, and service delivery performance
  • The Asset Manager shall align the strategy and direction for operational assets with the strategic objectives of the Royal Commission of Riyadh City and Green Riyadh
  • Their focus shall primarily be on policy, planning and assessment to ensure value is realized from ‘green’ assets
  • The Asset Manager shall be familiar with ISO 55001 as the coordinated activities of Green Riyadh to realize lifecycle value for the project in the delivery of its objectives
  • In addition to the development of an Asset Management Plan, the A sset M anager will implement and maintain the Asset Management Data Base and undertake Asset Condition Reports to verify the performance of the subcontracted supply chain and their contractual obligations
  • BSc+ Over 15 years’ experience
  • MSc+ Over 10 years’ experience
  • Degree shall be from a Recognized University and membership of an appropriate Chartered Institution
  • Required: Read, Write and converse in English with clear natural sound

Responsibilities

  • Manages RCRC ‘green’ assets according to the investment preferences and overall goals of Green Riyadh
  • Extensive experience in asset management including asset transfer, asset capture and data collection, condition reporting of ‘green’ asset management & CAFM systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of Asset Policy, Plans & Procedures development with emphasis on ‘green’ assets
  • Lead on enhancing the service offering to add value to the o perations & maintenance activities of Green Riyadh through its subcontracted supply chain
  • Lead in development of Green Riyadh’s Asset Policies and Asset Management Plan
  • Support in the deployment of digital solutions, facilitate user acceptance testing and provide t raining sessions
  • Plan and deliver asset survey activities on asset condition and data collection
  • Develop progress reports, risk, and issues registers for Green Riyadh
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and present data findings/outcomes at senior level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Beneficial if the applicant has spoken Arabic
  • Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to the Green Riyadh P roject
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Able to assess problems and rapidly develop solutions
  • Excellent communication skills especially in presentation format and report writing
