Summary

Join Storable, a leading technology and insurance platform in the self-storage industry, as an Assistant Account Manager. This remote position focuses on daily commercial insurance agency operations, supporting sales, account managers, and management to enhance customer experience. You will prepare renewal quotes, issue policies, and handle premium financing. The role requires a Property & Casualty License and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Applied Epic or similar software is preferred. Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License
  • Superior organizational skills

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of common business structures
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel)
  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated to completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability and desire to learn new things
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Prepare renewal quotes, issue policies, endorsements, accord forms, policy changes to clients
  • Documentation in agency system (Applied Epic)
  • Certificates of Insurance for new and renewal business
  • Gather information necessary for and process insurance renewals
  • Assist with claim processing
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Maintain the Applied EPIC Agency Management System records in an up-to-date manner
  • Handle premium financing, collecting policy premiums and processing to carriers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good familiarity with office software applications – G Suite (Google) knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Applied Epic, TAM, similar software
  • Commercial insurance experience is preferred
