Summary

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting will be required. Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
Active CPA license is highly preferred
5+ years of public accounting experience or industry experience
Hands-on experience with ASC606, ASC 842 and ASC350
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with lookups, pivot tables, and if-then functions
Experience with NetSuite implementation, Bill.com , Expensify and Salesforce preferred, but not required
Proven experience in leading and managing a team

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger (GL), inventory, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, software capitalization, debt, and equity
Oversee, support, and develop the global accounting team while driving efficiency and automation to meet the demands of our high-growth business
Lead accurate and timely month-end close and reporting processes, including consolidation, FX revaluation, and translation
Serve as the technical accounting expert; oversee the development and adoption of accounting policies and processes to ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards and regulations, such as US GAAP, local, and international regulatory requirements
Lead the annual external audit and international statutory audit processes
Streamline and optimize financial processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
