You will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, financial analysis, order-to-cash processes, revenue accounting, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA or equivalent (preferred), and at least 5 years of accounting/finance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in NetSuite and strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system and sophisticated Excel skills
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-starter, with the ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, multicultural, remote environment
- Detail orientated, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Work well under deadline pressure
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Recording accounting entries and closing the books at the end of each month
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Conduct detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization
- Oversee the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, billing, and collections
- Manage revenue recognition and accounting in compliance with relevant standards and policies
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience in a global or multinational company
