You will collaborate with the General Counsel on diverse legal tasks, including contract management, licensing, litigation oversight, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. This position is open to remote work nationwide, excluding Colorado and New York.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Draft, revise and negotiate engagement letters, master service agreements, and various other contracts with clients, vendors, and other third parties
- Analyze and negotiate various types of agreements to identify risk considerations and potential exposure to the firm
- Work closely and collaboratively with General Counsel to develop and implement key legal processes and systems corporate wide, conduct legal research and analysis, and oversee clerical tasks as needed
- Interface with partners and team members to provide support on various contracts with clients and vendors
- Managing the firmβs response to subpoenas directly with third parties or through outside counsel
- Monitor and provide advice on laws impacting the profession, including, but not limited to privacy and data security requirements
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Law firm experience
- Litigation or prior in-house experience
- Document management software experience
