Summary
Join GoGlobal as an Assistant Manager, Service Governance, and play a key role in managing and maintaining Statements of Work (SOWs), fee schedules, and related documentation. Oversee the creation and update of SOWs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and coordinate approvals. Maintain the SOW and Fee Template Hub, and manage all templates within the GBS framework. Establish and enforce governance processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide guidance and support to internal teams. Serve as a central point of contact for SOW-related queries and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or a related discipline
- 4β6 years of experience in service governance, contract management, sales support, or business operations, preferably within Business & Corporate Services (BCS) or professional services environments
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and geographies
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, update, and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and fee schedules, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual obligations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to gather required information, pricing inputs, and service details for new or amended SOWs
- Coordinate and track the sign-off process for all SOW amendments, ensuring timely approval prior to implementation
- Maintain the Statement of Work and Fee Template Hub, including version control, document history, and access rights
- Design, develop, and manage all templates used within the GBS framework
- Ensure templates are standardized, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices
- Regularly review and update templates to meet evolving business needs and support automation opportunities
- Provide guidance, training, and clear documentation on the use of templates for internal teams
- Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure SOWs , and fee structures and templates are consistently applied across regions and client accounts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and enhanced to improve documentation workflows, approval timelines, and template usability
- Partner with business units to ensure SOW governance , standardized documentation, and template best practices is embedded in project initiation, renewal, and change management processes
- Serve as a central point of contact for SOW , and fee and template -related queries from internal teams
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment between service delivery, commercial terms, and client expectations
- Provide guidance and support to Sales and Account Management teams on SOW governance best practices
- Ensure SOWs fee and fee schedules and templates are compliant with internal policies, legal requirements, and contractual commitments
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and governance evidence
