Responsibilities

• Develop marketing omni-channel campaigns that drive towards business outcomes (brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement)
• Plan and execute marketing activations and events in the Philippines
• Review and analyze performance to share insights and come up with concrete and effective improvements
• Lead and develop a lean and mean Philippines team
• Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing teams to optimize performance across marketing channels and grow Malaysia business
• Collaborate closely with the Philippines team especially Retail Store teams
• Build and maintain close relationships with Media partners and Key influencers critical to Philippines business
