Summary

Join RxVantage's Practice Growth team as an Associate Account Implementation Manager and play a crucial role in onboarding and supporting medical practices. This remote, full-time position requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will conduct registration calls, set up accounts, manage data integrity, oversee post-launch support, present new features, identify expansion opportunities, and participate in special projects. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in new client implementation within healthcare or pharmaceuticals, familiarity with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Outreach), and a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years in New Client Implementation or Onboarding roles, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, and video conferencing tools like Zoom/Google Hangouts
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct registration calls with medical practices to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate the platform
  • Set up office accounts, manage their status, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce and Outreach
  • Oversee practices post-launch for the first 90 days to ensure product usability and drive long-term engagement
  • Present new features to both new and existing customers and activate those features in their account settings if they show interest
  • Identify and explore opportunities to expand existing customer locations and launch new ones during customer interactions
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management and collaborate with the full Account Management team to optimize client engagement strategies
  • Provide valuable feedback on practice performance, how we can improve our services, and insights into scaling our approach to manage multiple accounts effectively
