Summary

Join Sutherland as a Customer Service Consultant and become the point of contact for inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to consumers. You will answer inquiries, process payments, and handle general account maintenance. Upselling opportunities may also be available. This work-from-home position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in using various applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor degree
  • Bilingual French & English speaker
  • Alexandria resident is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required

Responsibilities

  • Be the Point of Contact; answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers
  • Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance
  • Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM applications preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
