Summary

Join a dynamic team redefining consumer data analytics, empowering top investment firms and global brands. As an Associate Account Manager, you'll optimize client experiences for leading financial institutions and corporations, supporting client success throughout their lifecycle. Working alongside Account Managers, you will handle onboarding, training, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and day-to-day account maintenance. This fully remote position offers a fast-paced, client-facing environment to build a career in account management or client success within financial services. You will contribute to building new training materials and resources, proactively flagging client needs, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. This role involves streamlining workflows, improving internal processes, and actively assessing and implementing tools like a customer-facing help desk.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, business management, economics, or similar field of study
  • 2-4 year(s) of experience working in tech and/or with investor or corporate clients
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Research, Marketing, Product, etc.)
  • Youโ€™re driven; no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, and no one needs to push you to excel
  • A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
  • Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills; formulates solutions that deliver real business value
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively across projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a select group of CEโ€™s customers
  • Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Own user setup process for CEโ€™s products & assist the Global Account Management team with key accounts
  • Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks related to account maintenance, including tracking deliverables, updating client records, and preparing materials to support day-to-day client needs
  • Partner with the Account Management team to build new training materials & resources for CEโ€™s customers
  • Proactively flag client needs, support requests, or engagement trends to the Account Management team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal processes
  • Play an active role in the assessment, implementation, and use of tools such as a customer-facing help desk, FAQ guides, in-app training guides, and more
