Associate Account Manager

Summary

Join Envision Horizons as an Account Associate and support top brands on Amazon. This entry-level role involves assisting Account Managers with daily operations, client communication, and project coordination. You will prepare meeting agendas, provide daily updates, coordinate creative briefs, and support tactical tasks like inventory tracking and data entry. The position also includes monitoring client account performance, maintaining project documentation, and participating in team meetings. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas and capturing key action items
• Provide daily updates and communicate with client brands via Slack and email
• Coordinate creative briefs between clients and internal creative teams
• Support tactical tasks such as inventory tracking, product listing updates, and data entry
• Help monitor client account performance and flag issues or opportunities
• Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure exceptional client service

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency environment
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace platforms
• Experience with Slack, project management tools, or creative briefing
