Summary

The job is for a position in CIM Group focused on developing and delivering RFPs/RFIs and DDQs. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams, database management, and content creation. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including RFP writing for institutional investment management firms

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high quality RFPs/RFIs and DDQs across CIM’s real estate, infrastructure and credit strategies
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts throughout the firm to ensure relevance and accuracy of information
• Follow RFP process guidelines and effectively create and manage all production timelines
• Assist in maintaining, updating, and developing content by collaborating with other departments to improve the efficiency and enhance the organization’s use of Qvidian (content management database)
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing on creating corporate-level content for internal and external use

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of key quantitative metrics related to the real asset investment management industry and a general working knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred
