Summary

Join iCapital's Structured Investments Distribution team as an Associate to support the Trading department with operations and assist with order entry, security set up, resolving trade breaks, and month-end closeouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required
• 2+ years of operations/trading experience
• Strong organizational skills and solid attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Able to escalate and communicate effectively
• Able to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Work with trading partners to resolve trade breaks and DKs
• Send offering documents to RBC to have securities set up internally
• Assist with opening new accounts at RBC and in Bloomberg
• Enter orders into Axio Exchange
• Assist with month-end calendar closeouts
• Confirm orders with RIAs, broker dealers, and issuers to ensure order accuracy
• Run trades in Bloomberg using TOMs
• Monitor TRACE reports and work with trading partners to correct any trades that are unmatched
