Requirements
- 2-3 Years of Administrative or Human Resources Support
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Prior experience with Recruiting
- Strong customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.), Jira, Confluence
- Ability to collaborate and communicate within all levels of the company as well as applicants
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
- Forward thinking and taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of department/team
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and applications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct background checks and reference checks
- Prepare onboarding materials and orientations for new hires
- Ensure new employees complete necessary paperwork (e.g., personal questionnaire, health insurance)
- Assist in setting up new hire training and introductions to team members
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, terminations, and leaves of absence
- Assist with payroll processing
- Help with benefits administration and enrollment
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Help prepare reports and documents for audits
- Maintain knowledge of HR regulations and best practices
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns
- Help facilitate communication between employees and management
- Support engagement and recognition initiatives
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic HR files
- Assist with the logistics of employee training and development programs
- Prepare correspondence and documentation as needed
- Help coordinate performance appraisal processes and documentation
- Assist in tracking and managing performance improvement plans
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys or process improvements
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
