Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup ecosystem
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and employee referrals)
• Skilled in candidate assessment and management

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard top-tier candidates for diverse roles across multiple offices and functions
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs
• Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with senior team members and according to the Hiring Managers' role requirements
• Leverage your understanding of the organization to effectively influence candidates and business stakeholders
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process
• Create compelling offer proposals for prospective candidates
• Manage post-offer engagement to ensure candidates have a smooth onboarding process
• Participate in and contribute to various talent acquisition initiatives and programs to support the overall recruitment strategy
• Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates
