The role involves managing credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank and requires relevant experience in credit card operations management, specifically in dispute resolution, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud cases.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keep customer needs at the forefront of priorities and take relevant action
• Graduate with 1 to 3 yrs of experience in Operations / Servicing
• Relevant experience in Fintech/Banking domain, more specifically in credit card operations

Responsibilities

• Handling dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
• Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions

Preferred Qualifications

MS excel / Google sheet knowledge would be preferred
