Associate Attorney

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at Morgan & Morgan. As an associate, you will provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys, maintain client relationships, prepare legal reports and documents, interact with expert witnesses, and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. The ideal candidate has a law degree from a fully accredited law school, is an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association, has 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in Personal Injury Law, is a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and possesses superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred)
