Associate Attorney

Join our firm as a full-time Associate Attorney in Oklahoma! This remote position offers a diverse caseload focused on consumer protection, encompassing transactional and civil litigation. You will manage a heavy workload, communicate with clients and opposing parties, and draft various legal documents. Successful candidates must be admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and have at least one year of relevant experience. Requirements

• Have experience drafting legal documents, such as pleadings and legal memoranda
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Be willing to take on a heavy workload
• Be currently admitted to practice law in Oklahoma
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Oklahoma
• Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, review & draft agreements, etc
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims
• Conduct legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law

Preferred Qualifications

• Have multiple-state admission to practice law
• Possess strong legal research skills
• Have proficiency in LexisNexis
