Summary
Join Third Bridge as a Night Shift Associate and contribute to a leading investment research firm. You will target, source, and screen industry specialists in Europe and the Americas, facilitating interactions to support client decision-making. This sales-oriented role involves cold calling, texting, and emailing experts to persuade them to consult with clients. The position is remote with night shift hours (5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST) after an initial 1-2 month in-office training period. You will build relationships with experts, negotiate consultation terms, and work collaboratively within a global team. Requirements

- Have a degree, with strong academic credentials and/or extensive experience in a client-facing role
- Have permission to work in the country you are applying by the start of employment
Responsibilities
- Make calls to relevant experts based in Europe and Americas to explain the opportunity and persuade them to take part in a consultation with our client
- Negotiate terms for, and setting up, the consultation - scheduling, contracts, compliance requirements
- Building, developing and strengthening relationships with existing Third Bridge industry contacts and building new relationships with experts you have identified
Preferred Qualifications
Have an interest in financial markets and the environment that our Public Equity & Credit clients operate in. Keep up with their direction of research, which may require continual and frequent projects
