Associate Data Analyst

Summary

Join Modern Health as an Associate Data Analyst and partner with Go-To-Market teams to translate client and consultant data needs into actionable insights. You will consolidate reporting, ensure consistency across platforms, conduct data analyses using SQL and Looker, and simplify data visualization for stakeholders. This role involves identifying trends, recommending improvements, and guaranteeing data reliability. The ideal candidate possesses prior analytics experience, SQL proficiency, Looker or equivalent BI tool experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

• Prior professional or demonstrable project work in analytics, data science, or a related field
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization
• Experience with Looker or an equivalent BI tool
• Ability to drive execution and demonstrated potential and interest in strategic thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Solution oriented with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Demonstrated ability to follow guidance, stay organized, and complete tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Proven success partnering with and explaining data and analytics concepts to non-technical team members
• High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including comfort and experience interfacing with internal leadership
• Passionate about the mental health space
• Humble, scrappy, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to understand unique client and consultant data requirements, and translate those needs into discrete data requests
• Consolidate existing and custom reporting based on stakeholder needs in a unified format of their asking
• Ensure consistency across custom reports and our self-service reporting platform, prioritizing a cohesive and digestible narrative
• Conduct data analyses using your skills in SQL and our BI tool, Looker, and translate the results into recommendations
• Simplify our data to allow our Customer Success and Partnerships Managers and our customers and consultants to visualize the complete member journey and understand the value of their investment in Modern Health
• Identify trends in stakeholder requests and flag for future automation and reporting development
• Guarantee the reliability of your work by checking, double checking, and code review
