Requirements

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree or higher with a minimum 8 years of combined experience in business operations and project management within a publicly traded company
  • Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create sophisticated presentation material
  • Advanced Project Management software experience, Smartsheet preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex initiatives, tight timelines, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to set and follow through on goals with a sense of urgency while keeping broader strategic objectives in focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and timelines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen sense of how to connect with people and build trust

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, timely issue resolution, and adherence to deadlines
  • Project portfolio examples include: Investor Relations: key IR events, including R&D days and data readouts, updates to the website, and financing and transactional activities
  • Accounting: supporting quarterly audit and disclosure committees, SOX compliance program enhancements, 10-Q/K filing process and deliverables support
  • Information Technology: support department application implementation and integration
  • FP&A: process documentation and tracking of budget and forecasting process, long-range plan, and monthly management reporting
  • Tax: tax projects, annual calendar, and potential European entity planning
  • Organize efforts across the CFOโ€™s organization as needed to provide department leaders with timely and reliable information to support decision making, planning and communications
  • Coordinate with other departments (primarily Legal, People/HR team, R&D) to access information and align on broader process across the G&A function
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Document, standardize and publish department processes and procedures while seeking to identify potential operating efficiencies
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables related to project updates, process improvements, or other business initiatives across accounting, finance, investor relations, information technology, and tax
  • Develop agendas, manage meeting logistics, align on critical priorities, capture meeting minutes, track progress and follow up on action items
