Remote Associate Director, Global Patient Access Strategy

This role involves selling and delivering patient access consultancy solutions to meet the current and emerging needs of pharma/biotech global market access teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of global market access archetypes, the changing external payer environment, and the evolution of multi-stakeholder drivers of value in nationally reimbursed and non-reimbursed markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in specialist market access consultancy or global/regional affiliate-facing pharmaceutical market access roles with a proven track record in a range of market access landscaping and pricing & reimbursement projects across nationally reimbursed and non-reimbursed markets
• Depth of experience of interpreting complex clinical and health economic data sets, critical appraisal in the light of payer evidence requirements, and creating compelling payer messaging

Responsibilities

• Developing, selling, and hands-on delivery of de-novo brand and above brand patient access strategy consultancy to optimize the speed and quality of sustained patient access global/regional market access clients achieve
• Cross-functional working with colleagues on holistic value, brand, and above brand strategy, value propositions, and belief-shifting payer toolkits
