Summary

Join Model N's People Team as a collaborative Manager of Employee Experience & Communications! This critical role shapes employee engagement, from onboarding to career milestones, ensuring employees are informed and aligned with the company mission. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll manage a small global team, developing and implementing initiatives to drive engagement, foster inclusivity, and maintain consistent internal communications. You will work closely with various teams to connect employees with shared goals. Responsibilities include managing a global team, executing internal communications, collaborating with stakeholders to identify communication gaps, and designing programs to enhance employee connection and the employee lifecycle experience. The role also involves supporting employee recognition and change efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and acting as a communications advisor or thought partner
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a global team of two to deliver high-impact employee experience and internal communications initiatives
  • Execute internal communications in partnership with the Chief People Officer, including messaging for key business updates, executive communications, and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Marketing, HRBPs, and other People functions—to identify communication gaps and design programs that enhance employee connection and culture
  • Deliver thoughtful, multi-channel internal communications that connect employees to our mission, reinforce our values, and drive clarity and transparency
  • Design and manage programs that enhance the employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding and milestone moments to engagement surveys and culture campaigns
  • Support the coordination and storytelling around employee recognition, engagement results, and change efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing small teams or indirect reports across time zones is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS environments preferred
