Summary
Join 4DMT, a clinical-stage biotherapeutics company, as a key member of the team supporting the advancement of 4D-150, a gene therapy for nAMD. You will collaborate with key thought leaders and influencers in Retina care across California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Utah. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, gathering customer insights, representing the company to customers, and fostering collaborations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, strong clinical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. Extensive travel (80%) is expected. The base salary range is $183,000 - $221,000.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a science or business-related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong clinical expertise, particularly in specialty pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical settings
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to excel in cross-functional roles
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to support the advancement of 4D-150 through engagement with key thought leaders and influencers in Retina care
- Exhibit strong clinical expertise in disease states and product-specific knowledge
- Gather and share valuable customer insights and feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and brand development
- Represent the company in customer interactions with a deep understanding of the 4D-150 program and the transformative potential of gene therapy for nAMD
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing among internal stakeholders to align efforts and drive success
- Build relationships with leadership from regional and national retina societies, as well as ophthalmic and optometric organizations, to identify partnership opportunities for 4DMT
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity by ensuring full compliance with all regulations and company policies
