Associate Director of Growth

Join Darkroom Agency LLC as Associate Director of Growth and lead a small portfolio of game-changing brands to accelerate their growth through integrated strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Paid Social experience
• Minimum of 2 years E-Commerce Paid Social experience
• Acute attention to detail and capable of project managing large teams with various functions
• Understand financial projections, have some experience with P&L. Able to communicate directly with CEOs, CFOs, or a board of directors when challenged to defend your strategies surrounding marketing movements and paths to scale
• Experience in online sales channel strategies; Shopify, Amazon, third-party fulfillment, and wholesale

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated growth strategies that deliver millions in yearly growth for clients
• Developing campaigns where all marketing channels are working together and be able to clearly articulate overall themes as well as trends across the paid media plan
• Work alongside our Directors of Growth on financial projections, budgets, P&L, and other financial documents to be shared internally, with the client, and used as a north star for work
• Work with our data team to deliver financial projections, customer cohort analyses, media plans, and media mix models
• Leverage these data insights to develop unique marketing strategies across various industries
• Work with Darkroom success to develop fractional and dedicated marketing org charts based on client needs
