Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume, fast-paced event production experience
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for innovation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong vendor management skills and a trusted network of production partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate event budgets with limited supervision
• Experience in show-calling, stage management, and producing live (in-person or virtual), open-press events
• Ability to clip video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro under tight deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Creative thinking around asset design and set fabrication
• Confidence in communicating with executive-level and high-profile newsmakers
• A calm, problem-solving mindset in high-pressure environments
• Desire to work hard, contribute to a collaborative team, and grow professionally
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Flexibility for early mornings and late nights as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge on multiple events per month with simultaneous timelines, overseeing all production operations including pre-production logistics, livestream execution, vendor coordination, show-calling, stage management, and post-event editing
• Mentor rising talent, collaborate in the creative process, and play a key role in the growth and evolution of the production team as we continue to scale and innovate
