Summary

Join the SOPHiA GENETICS Application Product Management Team as a Senior Manager/Associate Director for our Rare & Inherited Disease portfolio. You will lead the strategic direction and execution for Rare Disease product lines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. Manage the product lifecycle, develop and execute product strategies, engage with customers, and drive product positioning. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in diagnostics or healthcare, with experience in hereditary cancer and PGx applications. A hybrid work schedule is preferred, with locations in Boston or Switzerland, but remote work may be considered for suitably qualified candidates on the US East Coast. Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BSc, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch for Small & Targeted Panels across hereditary cancer and PGx applications
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market needs
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D for successful product development and commercialization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Hereditary cancer and PGx applications and Rare Disease portfolios
