Associate Director, Strategic Finance

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in fast-paced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, equity research, investing, strategic finance, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely
• Excellent working proficiency in Excel (you should be prepared for a financial model case study); comfort with data visualization tools and Python a plus
• Excellent working proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting analyses in a compelling format
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach across all organizational levels
• Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
• High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Structure, present, negotiate, and drive the execution of customer offerings and supplier agreements
• Arrange, negotiate, and drive the execution of financing to support Circ needs and financial projects
• Collaborate with teams across Circ (e.g., Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing)
• Lead the development and refinement of our investor materials, ensuring clear and compelling updates that reflect the ongoing advancement of Circ’s model
• Address investor questions with timely, well-supported responses, contributing to the ongoing growth and trust of Circ’s investor community
• Ensure the delivery of accurate internal materials and data on schedule, supporting both executive decision-making and investor communications
• Drive fundraising efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and secure capital. Play a key role in investor outreach, due diligence, and the preparation of fundraising materials
