Associate - Human Resources

Summary

Join Tiger Analytics' Human Resources team as a professional supporting US, Canada, and UK employees. This role involves assisting with onboarding/offboarding, performance management, learning & development, diversity initiatives, and more. You will partner with the HR team to enhance HR offerings and perform related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate possesses 0-2 years of HR experience, a Master's degree (or equivalent), and strong organizational and analytical skills. The position is based in India and requires shift work, offering paid holidays and health insurance.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of work experience in Human Resources
• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be willing to work in US Time Zones
• Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team
• Excellent presentation & creative skills for Org. communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Able to effectively and accurately track and analyze data using Excel and google forms/docs, etc
• Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms
• Project management skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company
• Ability to adapt to evolving or changing requirements
• Detailed oriented, organized, and high-quality work
• Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity

• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Onboarding and offboarding
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Performance management
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Learning & development
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Diversity, equity & inclusion
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Competency mapping and succession planning
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Employee engagement
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Administration and maintenance of payroll
• Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Compliance & employee benefits
• Partner with Human Resources team to enhance the organization’s human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Understands the dynamics of working with a global Consulting firm
• Able to work remotely and support US, Canada, and UK employees
