Requirements

  • A recent graduate in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, economics, business administration, etc
  • A confident communicator in English (you’ll use it daily!) - All interviews will be conducted in English!
  • Passionate, curious, and eager to learn about US systems
  • Highly dedicated and committed to pursuing a career focusing on sales, with an interest in accounting and financial services
  • Comfortable working according to US Time Zones (Eastern Time)
  • This is a remote position, a home office set-up and high speed internet are musts!

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Public Accounting Industry: Gain a solid understanding of our services, industry terms, and how we help clients succeed
  • Support the Sales Process: Assist with gathering prospect info, preparing proposals, and keeping CRM data up to date
  • Get Hands-On with Client Outreach: Help follow up on leads, track communications, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Build Product & Service Knowledge: Learn our offerings inside out to support demos and client conversations
  • Learn Proposal & Contract Basics: Observe and contribute to preparing proposals and simple agreements
  • Research & Insights: Explore new market opportunities, track competitors, and share findings with the sales team
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, operations, and client service teams to support growth
  • Join Special Projects: Participate in lead generation campaigns, client events, and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Equipped with some relevant knowledge or experience (a plus, not a must!)
  • Positive, driven, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, global environment
