Requirements
- 4-6 years' experience in Inventory Control, required
- Expertise in kitting, fulfillment workflows, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in NetSuite (NS), required
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stake holders
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and reconciliation for raw storage, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate reporting within Netsuite
- Lead direct team and mentor growth of Inventory Control Analyst
- Ensure accuracy in inbound materials, assembly builds, raw material usage, outbound transfers, and finished goods storage at lot level
- Investigate and resolve missing, lost, or misallocated inventory issues in collaboration with Manufacturing and Accounting
- Build relationships with assigned 3rd party partners and facilitate lot level variance resolutions
- Lead cross-functional internal operations efforts regarding month end close for assigned facilities
- Collaborate with AR and Fulfillment teams to optimize picking, packing, and shipment accuracy at the lot level
- Organize and execute physical inventory audits and cycle counting
- Identify and drive process improvements and inventory automation to enhance efficiency
- Develop dashboards and analytics to track key inventory metrics
