Inventory Control Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Control
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on inventory transactions and data reconciliation
• Ability to problem-solve and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT
• Comfortable with written and verbal escalation and communication
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Must reside in the United States
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy at lot level across NetSuite (NS) and other reporting platforms at the lot level
• Support manual data entry of assemblies and transfers in ERP at lot level
• Assist as needed in month end close reconciliation activities and investigations
• Notify and communicate data variances with internal and external 3rd party partners
• Analyze and resolve data integrity variances in collaboration with Accounting
• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and analytics for inventory tracking
• Partner with and support Systems team to implement process automation and improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in NetSuite (NS)
• Experience with SQL, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
