Responsibilities

  • Join the Operations team; work directly with motivated Operations Associates and take ownership of Start-to-finish processing of DRS and Physical Certificate deposits and withdrawals for Canadian and US stock
  • Perform ad-hoc in-office tasks requested by the Securities Operations team
  • Get familiar with Canadian and US depositories CDS/DTCC and equity trade settlement process
  • Contribute to identifying and mitigating any inherent operational risks as they relate to the overall team
  • Assist the broader team with any ad-hoc tasks, as required

Preferred Qualifications

Have relevant work experience and/or Post Graduate education in Finance
