As a Client Operations Associate, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely execution of investment paperwork. You will review investment documentation, resolve client issues, and manage operational processes related to client accounts. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • 1+ years of work experience is required
  • Ability and desire to perform in a fast-paced environment subject to change and ambiguity
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to perform data entry actions with little room for error
  • Adept at drafting courteous and professional messages to customers and partners
  • Track record of performing tasks that are deadline driven
  • Empathetic, intellectually curious, and relationship-focused
  • Ready to have fun and work alongside a dynamic team challenging the status quo

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing investment documentation and executing on behalf of Alto to direct investments
  • Supporting the timely and efficient completion of subscription documents and purchase agreements
  • Resolving questions and irregularities through frequent communication with our investment partners
  • Representing Alto in customer outreach for support issues related to charge-backs, ACH returns and transaction errors
  • Managing operational processes related to internal account transfers
  • Executing requests for Altoโ€™s Marketplace in partnership with the Sales & Success teams
  • Professional communications with customers regarding their assets, accounts, and issues that have arisen from our operational processes that require customer involvement
  • Supporting cross-functional needs with respect to Compliance, Client Experience, and Treasury requests
  • Monitoring team inbound email requests and communication from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership of distribution tax reporting to the financial operations team
  • Cross-training with team members to ensure full coverage of responsibilities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant FinTech, or finance and accounting experience are recommended
