Summary
Join E2open as an Associate Logistics Coordinator and play a critical role in managing the customer's transportation within a specific workgroup. Guide clients' supply chain processes, from planning to delivery, choosing optimal transport methods, and ensuring timely dispatch. Actively communicate with transport providers, manage shipment expenses, and negotiate rates. Address delivery issues, offering creative solutions, and monitor key performance indicators to improve service. Build strong client relationships and maintain up-to-date information on assigned tasks, providing on-call support as needed. Collaborate with the team for holiday coverage and operational demands.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant and equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others without role power
- High attention to detail is required
- Proven problem-solving ability; comfortable analyzing large data sets and presenting recommendations
- Advanced English is required to perform the job
Responsibilities
- Guide our clients' entire supply chain process, from planning to delivery
- This includes choosing the best transport methods, ensuring timely dispatch, and coordinating delivery schedules to optimize service and cost
- Actively communicate with transport providers to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries, handling any changes or delays effectively
- Oversee and decide on additional charges, manage shipment-related expenses, and negotiate rates to stay within budget while maintaining service quality
- Address any issues in the delivery process, offering creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators like on-time deliveries and carrier efficiency to improve our service continuously
- Establish strong, trusting client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor
- Maintain up-to-date information on assigned tasks and be available to provide on-call/after-hours support through a phone rotation system as needed
- Collaborate in holiday coverage and operational demands to meet customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and/or supplier management experience is highly preferred
- Experience with supply chain software (E2openβs portfolio suite or JDA, SAP, Oracle, Mercury Gate, Pinc, etc.) is preferred

- This means your workweek begins Monday night and ends Saturday morning. Youβll always have two consecutive rest days each week
- Holiday Commitment: Occasional holiday work may be required, with full legal compensation provided
