Summary
Join vSplash, a leading digital services provider, as an Associate Manager/Manager of Website Operations. In this role, you will provide technical and strategic guidance to team members, overseeing operational progress and optimizing team performance. Key responsibilities include managing operations, developing processes, handling client communication, leading teams, providing technical assistance, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years with WordPress page builders and 3+ years managing large teams. Strong communication, client engagement, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential. Location is Hyderabad.
Requirements
- Total Experience 8+ years
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on working experience on popular WordPress page builders such as Beaver Builder, Elementor, Visual Composer, WP Bakery, and Divi
- At least 3+ years of proven track record of managing and motivating large teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong aptitude for delivering engaging and informative presentations
- 2+ years of Experience in directly handling international client communication, understanding requirements and managing escalations
- Skills to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using project management tools (JIRA/Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach of resolving operational challenges
- Ability to work and respond to client needs around the clock, adapting to business requirements
- A focus on continuous production and quality improvement, driving operational excellence
- Ability to keep up with fast-evolving digital trends and technologies in the space of automation
- Encouraging new ideas to enhance digital solutions and drive business growth
- Understanding client needs and providing effective solutions that improve their digital presence
- Working efficiently with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable results
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the operations team to achieve business targets and meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Create and improve the standard operating procedures for all operational activities wherever and whenever required
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly client calls, address escalations, and ensure excellent client satisfaction
- Lead and collaborate with a large team, handling conflict situations, leave and people management and overall resource utilization and allocation
- Must be responsible for providing technical assistance to the supervisors and work towards continuous regularization of teamβs efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
