Associate Partner Manager, Delivery

Summary

Join Taskrabbit as an Associate Partner Manager, Delivery and contribute to the successful rollout and maintenance of our delivery program for IKEA locations across the US. This fully remote role (until September 2025, then 2 days/week in-office) involves traveling to IKEA stores to engage with management and stakeholders. You will execute a playbook for efficient rollout plans, collaborating with IKEA and internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in a similar role, strong project management and partner management skills, and a data-driven approach. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, involving nationwide program rollouts and partnership with retail stakeholders
• Proven experience in building positive and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Track record of launching new products or services successfully
• Strong project management and partner management skills
• Comfortable with implementing scalable processes
• Data-driven mindset to identify and act upon efficiency opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements
• Highly organized with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify efficiency opportunities and take initiative to implement improvements
• Willingness to travel frequently for in-person collaboration

Responsibilities

• Work with IKEA coworkers to launch our delivery service offering to stores nationwide
• Execute on a defined process playbook to drive volume and revenue
• Collaborate with a small team while assisting in expansion-related initiatives
• Partner with IKEA and internal teams, frequently traveling to IKEA stores throughout the US to engage directly with management and key stakeholders
