Summary
Join Nintex as a DevOps Engineer and contribute to the development and implementation of infrastructure, pipelines, and other DevOps capabilities. You will work with experienced engineers to deploy infrastructure, develop automated tests, and implement telemetry for DevOps metrics. This role requires proficiency in fixing medium-complexity issues, a sound understanding of DevOps fundamentals, and knowledge of Nintex's scripting toolset. You will contribute to projects expanding your DevOps knowledge and write correct configuration and code following Nintex guidelines. Requirements
- Have 2-3 years experience in a DevOps role
- Have experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS and GCP
- Have experience working with containers i.e. Kubernetes, AKS
- Have experience maintaining and deploying CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Be proficient in fixing medium complexity issues independently
- Develop appropriate automated tests to ensure your fixes succeed and are durable
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of DevOps fundamentals and guide junior engineers as needed
- Balance project time by learning new technical skills and techniques to enhance work productivity and seek opportunities to effectively employ new skills and techniques
- Be knowledgeable in the Nintex scripting toolset, including PowerShell, Python, pipeline YAML, and others
- Implement appropriate telemetry to inspect and meaningfully report relevant DevOps metrics
- Solve well-defined tasks leveraging existing DevOps patterns and examples
- Deploy services into environments (including production) following Nintex's deployment guidelines and automated pipelines
- Contribute to projects which expand your knowledge of all mainstream DevOps functions
- Write correct configuration and code (e.g., YAML pipelines, etc.) following Nintex guidelines and 'accepted' best practices
- Own and manage infrastructure components of medium-to-large complexity
