Summary
Join Headway as an Associate Principal, Business Development and own the strategy and execution of C-level partnerships with leading health plans nationwide. This role will drive Headway's expansion into new markets, redefine mental healthcare network development, and increase access to affordable care. You will leverage 10+ years of experience in business development, ideally with health plans, and a deep understanding of payer models. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, operational excellence, and a drive to solve the challenge of mental healthcare access. Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in roles where you have owned business development efforts from end-to-end, ideally selling directly to health plans
- Have a deep understanding of payer business models and economics
- Be a relationship builder, and delight in forging meaningful bonds across all levels of an organization
- Thrive in ambiguity, and seek out opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges, drive towards outcomes, and shape strategy
- Be operationally excellent, able to manage a robust sales funnel and large volume of moving pieces without breaking a sweat
