Summary
Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as a Salesforce Project Manager with 11+ years of experience. You will lead and mentor project teams, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. Requirements
- Total experience 11+ years
- Strong working experience Salesforce project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and track progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and define project goals
- Oversee project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with best practices, compliance, and security requirements
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting to stakeholders on progress and risks
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams, vendors, and clients
- Drive Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and Salesforce developers
- Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future implementations
- Ensuring client satisfaction above all else
- Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
- Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions
- Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
- Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices
- Reporting the status of all key metrics (eg: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
- Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests
- Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings
