Join our Digital Product Engineering company as a Network Engineer and diagnose and resolve complex Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues across Enterprise Environments. Design, configure, and deploy scalable and secure network infrastructure solutions, providing Tier 3 escalation support for incidents. Administer and troubleshoot enterprise-grade routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing technologies. Leverage your expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP to contribute to a dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture. We offer opportunities to work with Cisco, Juniper, and other enterprise-grade equipment, utilizing network monitoring and diagnostic tools. This role requires a strong background in network engineering within enterprise companies.
Requirements
- Must have Skills: Network (Strong), Troubleshooting (Strong), Analytical Thinking, TCP/IP, Cisco wired and wireless networks
- 8+ years as a network engineer overall
- Enterprise company experience
- 5+ years network engineering in medium to large enterprise Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade equipment Network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, Netflow, Prime, Catalyst Center, vManage [Cisco Viptela SDWAN]) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Diagnose and resolve complex Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues across Enterprise Environments

- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for incidents unresolved by Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise-grade routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing technologies
