Join Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, as a Salesforce Project Manager! This 6-month contract-to-hire (C2H) role is 100% remote and requires 10-15 years of experience. You will lead and manage project teams, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, team leadership and coordination, risk and issue management, budget and resource management, stakeholder communication and reporting, and quality assurance and monitoring. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for project execution
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Assign and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Track project issues and ensure timely resolution to keep the project on track
- Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as needed
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure costs remain within approved limits
- Forecast resource needs and allocate them effectively throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates on project financials to stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and changes
- Prepare and deliver project progress reports, presentations, and documentation
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on project goals and outcomes
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Implement project monitoring systems to track progress and performance
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement
