Requirements

• Basic understanding of operational processes and privacy principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow documentation and SOPs
• Effective team collaboration and participation in team discussions
• Familiarity with Google Suite and other operational tools
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Process and complete B2B US report types (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, VIP) and meet minimum daily target as outlined by Manager of Privacy Operations
• Maintain a minimum quality score of 95% WOW, ensuring no more than one rerun per week
• Identify and troubleshoot basic site and tooling issues, escalating when needed
• Support the implementation and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and site instructions
• Provide clear communication through various channels to both team members and leadership
