Summary

Join HyperionDev and Longdue as an Associate Producer – Partnerships & Projects, supporting video game production and educational initiatives. You will manage project timelines, team deliverables, and partner communications at Longdue Games, while leading strategic projects related to university partnerships at HyperionDev. This high-impact role requires strong organization, communication, and a passion for video games. Responsibilities include production support, university partnership support, and inter-company engagement. The ideal candidate possesses project management experience in gaming or related fields, excellent communication skills, and strong commercial acumen.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, production coordination, or account management, ideally within gaming, tech, media, or creative industries
  • At least 1 year of experience overseeing the production of creative works in the film, video game, or music industries
  • Passion for video games, gaming culture, and interactive media
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating contracts or partnership agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal development teams to track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate project documentation, sprint planning, and resource scheduling
  • Maintain clear communication with artists, developers, designers, and external vendors
  • Facilitate partner meetings, updates, and delivery check-ins for co-developed projects
  • Act as a liaison between the studio and university partners working on gamified learning projects
  • Support onboarding of new academic partners into projects (e.g., for student engagement events or pilot programs)
  • Track partnership KPIs and assist in reporting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Explore collaboration opportunities between companies, including academic outreach, gamified learning pilots, or event support
  • Participate in cross-functional knowledge-sharing where relevant to partnership objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with universities, government entities, or public-sector clients
  • At least 2 years of experience overseeing the production of video games
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an account manager or in a B2B sales environment managing key accounts
