Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Solid working knowledge of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.)
- A portfolio that reflects strong UX thinking and clean, accessible interface design
- Familiarity with usability principles and an understanding of responsive web design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow through feedback and mentorship
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to ship intuitive and well-crafted product experiences
- Work on user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Help maintain and contribute to our shared design system and UI patterns
- Participate in research and discovery to understand user problems and inform your work
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and implementation constraints
- Support design documentation and ensure your work is well-communicated and dev-ready
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing web-based tools or B2B platforms
- Exposure to design QA, accessibility standards, or front-end handoff processes
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, or Loom
- Interest in refining design operations or contributing to team documentation and process
