Associate Product Manager

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar studies
• Relevant work experience (or internship or similar) in SaaS software development, product management or a related area
• The ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
• A collaborative style with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely on technical and operational issues
• A detail- and results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
• The ability to evaluate priorities, work in an structured manner,  keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
• Be comfortable talking to customers to understand their needs and communicating with stakeholders on different levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a team of Design and Engineering and be the subject matter expert for your product area representing the voice of the users
• Own the end to end development for selected features that contribute to the Studio roadmap
• Gather insights and evidence that support product and design decisions and/or to identify opportunities to enhance the product by establishing strong customer relationships, conducting interviews and user tests with internal and external users, analyzing data and customer requests
• Build up a strong network with stakeholders to collaborate with them to drive adoption for features, e.g. with product marketing, technical writing, academy, go-to-market teams
• Communicate with stakeholders and drive alignment within the wider Product and Engineering organization
