Requirements

  • Has 2-3 years of experience building and shipping products and features customers love
  • Thinks critically and follows a scientific & systematic approach to solving problems
  • Has enough technical know-how to talk with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact product, and a desire to learn what you don’t know
  • Is able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity and adept at synthesizing actionable problems, insights, and requirements from raw, unstructured qualitative and quantitative data
  • An excellent communicator that can convey complex ideas succinctly and clearly
  • Naturally collaborative and empathetic; comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and making sure every voice is heard

Responsibilities

  • Re-imagine how our patients manage their ongoing care, including adjusting and customizing treatment plans, managing and scheduling orders, dealing with medical issues as they arise
  • Work with a team of engineers and designers to define and implement features that empower patients to manage their healthcare
  • Partner closely with our customer support team, pharmacy team, and network of practitioners to identify and eliminate friction in the patient experience
  • Own a variety of metrics related to patient experience
  • Work closely with product design to create simple, smart, and inspiring user-experiences that reflect the needs of our patients - functional, educational, emotional and otherwise
